Transmitter:

  • Power output: 1 Watt into 50 ohms
  • Data Rate: 1 or 2 Mbit/second
  • Modulation: 2 or 4 level FSK, Analog FM
  • Bandwidth: 1 MHz
  • Frequency Agile Control: Crystal Controlled PLL Synthesizer
  • Fast Tuning: Continuous from 2.2 GHz to 3.0 GHz, designed for frequency hopping Spread Spectrum operation
  • Monitoring outputs: Buffered and filtered Forward and Reverse Power and several test points
  • Construction: Single Sided Surface Mount parts

Receiver:

  • Sensitivity: -92 dBm using 2 level FSK
  • Stability: Unconditionally Stable
  • Input Noise figure: Less than 1.5 dB from 50 ohm source antenna
  • System Noise figure: Less than 6 dB from 50 ohm source antenna
  • IP3: +5 dBm
  • First IF: UHF with 4 pole filter
  • Second IF: HF with 8 pole 1 MHz wide filter and group delay equalizer
  • First LO: Agile PLL Synthesizer with continuous coverage from 2.2 GHz to 3.0 GHz
  • Second LO: Multiplied Crystal
  • First IF Image Rejection Ratio: more than 80 dB
  • Second IF Image Rejection Ratio: more than 60 dB
  • Adjacent Channel Rejection Ratio: more than 66 dB
  • Second Adjacent Channel Rejection Ratio: more than 80 dB
  • Outputs: Buffered and filtered FM Demodulator and RSSI and several test points
  • Construction: Single Sided Surface Mount parts
